A complaint is handled first with the restaurant, by telephone on +32 487 99 80 84 or by email to info@pastaexpress.be. We acknowledge receipt and answer within a reasonable time.
If the disagreement persists, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service, the competent qualified entity in Belgium: Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, box 1, 1000 Brussels, or online at consumerombudsman.be. This step is not a precondition to court action.
Orders and reservations
Online orders are placed on the ordering platform, which carries its own terms and conditions of sale. This website is a shopfront: it takes no payment.
